Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: How long will it take to get process my order?
A: In stock items will be shipped out the following day UPS ground.  All efforts are made to have basic quantities of items in stock.  If items are temporarily unavailable, you will be notified, and new pieces will be immediately created. However due to the process, it will take a minimum of 9 days to produce any item.  Lead times will vary depending on the size and scope of the order.  Custom orders larger than 6 square feet will need a minimum of 1 month lead time from the time of deposit/contract.

Q: What are the tiles made of?
A: The tiles are made from Earthenware low fire ceramics with handmade glazes.

Q: Do you sell to wholesalers?
A: Wholesale pricing is available to companies that are resellers in a related business with a valid sales tax resale identification number for your state.  Please contact luru@tortugatileworks.com or call LuRu at 954-593-9055.

Q: Do you offer volume discounts?

Q: Do you do custom work?

Q: Can I get samples?
A: In the case of large orders or custom designs tile samples are available. Samples are complimentary if the order is placed, otherwise the samples must be returned or purchased. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
